6/25: A happy anniversary

We had a great second day (and 11 year anniversary)! It started with us climbing the bell tower in St Mark's Square for a great view of the city. Then we met our first traveling friends - the Kumars! We did an interesting walking tour of the city, the kids played tag outside a museum while we had our first of many Aperol Spritz' of the trip, and we wandered through the quieter parts of town.

That evening, a water taxi brought us to dinner in another district. We ate delicious seafood right on the water (Luke did his best to fall into the water but only got his feet wet) followed by a party water taxi ride home. So fun to enjoy Venice with friends!
