7/8: The Eiffel Tower

We got to the zoo and we met the Coatneys (our friends). We saw the fluffy red pandas. Then we saw the bearcats with bright yellow eyes. Me (Luke) and Quinn really liked watching the flamingos in the water. They all started to run with their wings up, trying to fly. The turtles were very loud and big and old.

When we got to the second floor of the Eiffel Tower mommy was being a babby because she didn’t want to go higher. We finally made it to the top. In the top of the Eiffel Tower they had the office of the people who made it. We went down to the first floor and ate pizza. We watched a race to the top of the Eiffel Tower, someone was doing it with crutches, and a guy roller skating down the Tower with a Red Bull helmet. It is cool that the Eiffel Tower gets taller with the sun’s heat and if you melted it down it is only 10 cm of iron. We thought that mommy was brave because she was scared and went up.
